Door-to-door shipping service

All decals are sent via Royal Mail/Inpost 48 hour service unless otherwise selected. We dispatch items Monday to Friday.

Orders over £15 will receive free standard 48 hour UK delivery.

International Parcel Delivery

For all other international countries, we offer expedited shipping. Please see the checkout for further details of cost and locations we post to.

International order terms

Please ensure that you supply your email address at the time of ordering. 

  • Delivered duty unpaid (DDU): The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties upon delivery. We will submit your order details to the delivery company and they will contact you during the list mile deliver in order to arrange payment of your local countries tax. 

What happens if I don’t pay the local customs tax

The customs tax for your country needs to be paid in order to release the item. This needs to be paid via the shipping provider in order to release the item. They normally send you 3 payment reminders and hold the item for 7 days. If the item is not paid for within 7 days, the shipping provider will return the item back to its origin. Once we receive the item, we will do the followig:

  •  Standard stocked items – Provide the buyer with a refund minus shipping free and 10% restocking fee. This will be done automatically.
  • Customisded items- We are not able to provide refunds on customised items.

What happens if the item is lost

If the item gets lost in transit, we’ll get verification from the shipping provider. In this instance we’ll reach out to offer a refund or replacement item. Tracking numbers are linked to your order and we’ll take care of this.
